NO REFUND. PRODUCT EXCHANGE ONLY

  1. Verify product EXCHANGE request
  • When a customer asks for an exchange, the Sales Coordinator will need to verify this request.
  • SC to confirm that the product has been purchased from the online store.
  • The customer need to present proof of receipt
  • Photo or documentation that the product is damaged is needed.

If the customer is eligible for an exchange, the Sales Coordinator will create a EXCHANGE request in the system.

  1. Create Exchange request

In order to process a product exchange, the Sales Coordinator

  • Scan the customer’s receipt, photo, documentation;
  • Encode in the system, verify with manager

III. Process Product Exchange Request

  • Customer needs to return the product to the office (delivery fee shouldered by Trianon)
  • Once the damaged product is sent back to the office, the Sales Coordinator needs to prepare the new product for exchange
  • The new product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • Sales Coordinator to confirm the new item delivered if received and accepted by the requesting customer.

GENERAL POLICY

  • Duration: On the same day of delivery, the customer must check the parcel.
  • On the same day also, the customer must reach the official online store or official FB page of the Trianon Health Supplement within 24 hours after receiving purchase.
  • Conditions for return/exchange: All the items requested for return/exchange must still have complete original box, courier package, and invoice
  • Customer must also have the receipts of transactions
  • The item in the complaint for return/exchange has to be in good condition, with the tags still on. Most retailers also require the original packaging and receipt.
  • Exception: Customers who will request beyond the duration set.
  • Options for customer to receive Refund/Exchange:
  • The customer needs to provide the complete address and delivery detail for the exchange request.
  • The customer needs to provide the complete bank details for the refund request.
  • Time to receive refund/exchange: 3-10 Days process upon verification of request.
