Trianon’s 30th Year Soars to New Heights in Thailand

From Boundaries to Breakthroughs: Trianon’s 30th Year Soars to New Heights in Thailand

“30 Years of Pushing Boundaries: To God Be the Glory.”

With this bold and heartfelt theme, Trianon International Inc. didn’t just mark three decades of purpose-driven work — they celebrated it with a journey that was both meaningful and unforgettable. Employees packed their bags, passports in hand, and took off to Bangkok, Thailand, for a four-day, three-night adventure that reflected the company’s spirit of excellence, unity, and gratitude.

For many, it wasn’t just a corporate trip — it was a dream come true. Some had never even boarded a plane before, making this international flight a personal milestone as well as a professional reward. And the best part? It was all sponsored by the company they proudly helped grow.

Upon arrival, the team was welcomed with comfort and elegance at the 5-star AETAS Lumpini Hotel, which served as their home base throughout the trip. From there, they set out to explore some of Thailand’s most iconic sites. At the majestic Grand Palace, they were immersed in the rich culture and royal history of the country, guided by a local expert who painted stories of Thailand’s past with every step.

The energy shifted from historical wonder to bustling excitement as the team made their way through the Chatuchak Weekend Market — a place bursting with life, colors, flavors, and bargains. Here, they had a taste of Thai street food, tried speaking the language, and experienced the pulse of Bangkok’s weekend shopping culture. This was followed by a visit to ICONSIAM, one of Thailand’s largest and most luxurious malls, perched alongside the river and filled with both international brands and local treasures.

As the sun set, the group embarked on a serene yet lively evening aboard the Chao Phraya Princess Dinner Cruise. With the river sparkling beneath them, they dined on authentic Thai cuisine while live music played in the background. It was a night of laughter, photos, and shared appreciation for life and work well-lived.

But the highlight wasn’t just about the sights and tastes — it was about the people. The spirit of teamwork came alive during the company’s annual team building, where employees were grouped into Red, Pink, Blue, Yellow, and Green teams. The challenges were chaotic, creative, and filled with lessons — all designed to reinforce Trianon’s mission and values in action. One team emerged victorious — the Red Team — but the real win was the strengthened bond and energy shared by all.

Capping off the trip was the much-anticipated APEX Awarding Ceremony for 2025. In a heartwarming gathering over buffet dinner, Dr. Rafael R. Castillo, MD and Dra. Rebecca L. Castillo, MD, together with the Executive Committee, honored the outstanding achievements of Trianon employees. Each awardee stood as a shining example of excellence in their own field, but the evening belonged to Ms. Cecile Andres, who received the prestigious Exemplar Award 2025 — a recognition of unmatched performance, dedication, and heart.

As the team returned home to the Philippines, there was a quiet but powerful sense of fulfillment. More than souvenirs or snapshots, they brought back something even more valuable — inspiration, pride, and a renewed commitment to the company’s vision.

Trianon’s 30-year journey has never just been about milestones. It’s about the people who make them possible. And this Thailand trip proved that when a company leads with purpose and honors its people, it doesn’t just push boundaries — it redefines what’s possible.

Here’s to more decades of breakthroughs. Here’s to Trianon.

To God be the Glory.
